- Ensure your store upholds an exceptional standard through Visual Merchandising excellence
- You are hungry for success with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Creating a fun and exciting workplace by nurturing your relationship both with staff and customers
- Retail Store Management experience
- You think business and have strong operational expertise that will ensure effective rostering, wage control, stock control and visual merchandising
- Operationally minded and has the ability to pivot and juggle competing priorities
- Previous experience in apparel and footwear retailers preferable
- A genuine passion for health and fitness
- Looking to take the next leap in your retail career
