Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality business outcomes and informed decisions. The Technical Analyst will play a pivotal role in gathering and translating client requirements into technical solutions, contributing to solution architecture, and fostering the growth of our technical analysis capability.
- Working collaboratively with project teams to articulate and document business requirements, shaping bespoke e-commerce experiences.
- Understanding client needs and translating them into well-defined functional requirements, ensuring clarity and coherence.
- Playing a vital role in crafting solution architecture and technical documentation, contributing to the backbone of our projects.
- Mentoring and nurturing team members in technical analysis processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engaging with various stakeholders including product owners, project managers, development teams, and quality assurance to guarantee successful product delivery.
- Participating in the creation of user stories and requirements, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
- Acting as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring technical requirements align with functional objectives.
- Assisting in development estimation, quotes, and cost estimations, contributing to project planning and execution.
- Developing comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts in collaboration with quality assurance, ensuring thorough testing of functional specifications.
- Proactively identifying and reporting issues, defects, and risks to ensure the system's functionality and quality meet business standards prior to release.
- Advanced proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in e-commerce or complex web applications.
- Strong skills in documentation, encompassing data mapping, process modeling, and technical requirements.
- A solid technical background with the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Desirable certifications in Agile methods and Business Analysis, showcasing a commitment to professional growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of internet, ecommerce, and core technologies.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in complex projects.
