We are currently in search of a Compliance and Assurance Lead for a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our Sales and Member Services business aligns with member expectations, while also upholding rigorous standards of risk management, compliance and quality assurance.

What will you be doing :
Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders, including risk, compliance and assurance professionals across the business.
Develop and improve frameworks that help the business in complying with regulatory obligations and RAC policies and procedures.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunities and develop strategies to address them
Support quality assurance programs and risk management including control assessments and key control testing.
Supporting the business in the design of new programs or projects to help ensure high quality services and effective risk management.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the organisation, proactively recommending adjustments to compliance strategies as necessary

Demonstrated experience in supporting business improvement activities, ideally in a financial services, customer service or other frontline environment.
Strong risk management, compliance and assurance-related skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex compliance issues
Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are desirable.
