About the role
Our BlueRock crew are currently looking for a brilliant Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. You will have the opportunity to work with an innovative and talent team of professionals, where you will build relationships with clients from Day 1. You will learn how to become a true advisor instead of just a number cruncher!
This is a perfect role for you if you are itching for some client interaction, and love to build connections.
What can you expect in your day to day as an Accountant? Well, you will be:
- Managing a list of BlueRock Accounting Clients and be their main contact point. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with these clients and help them navigate through their personal tax needs.
- Preparing individual income tax returns and financial statements for our amazing individual and small business clients, including companies, trusts and partnerships. You will also have a rock-star team that will assist you complete the work!
- Providing a memorable client experience through professional and impeccable service delivery!
About the Team
BlueRock Accounting is our original and largest team here at BlueRock. We are at the centre of our thriving community and work closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and start-ups to deliver advisory solutions and innovative tax accounting.
We embrace all things innovation and automation so that you can focus on solving problems for our awesome clients rather than moving figures around a spreadsheet!
The Business essentials & Private Client team is a section of the broader accounting division which aims to offer a personable accounting experience for individuals and high net worth clients who are not operating large businesses.
Requirements
- Have completed a Bachelor degree in Accounting or a similar discipline.
- Have at least 2 year experience in accounting, with a passion for client relationships.
- Studying towards your CA/CPA qualification.
