Description:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert legal advice on a range of matters including insurance disputes, investigations, and interlocutory applications.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and other various legal correspondence.
- Attending court hearings and representing clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' post admission experience in insurance or litigation.
- Plaintiff background will also be considered.
- A broad range of exposure to insurance law, personal injury, liability claims and litigation proceedings.
- Passion and drive to learn and develop your skillset in the insurance field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A passion for the law and a desire to provide exceptional legal services to clients.
- Experience or interest in personal injury claims or commercial litigation would be considered advantageous.
