Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Manage group financial, statutory, and taxation obligations
- Oversee existing finance systems, ensuring effectiveness of processes and controls
- Lead the design, implementation, and review of new finance processes and systems
- Support corporate teams, commercial finance team, and divisional accounting teams
- Prepare annual budgets for the corporate function
Requirements:
The Group Head of Financial Control appointed, will ideally have:
- CA/CPA qualified, ideally with a background in a Big 4 / Top tier audit firm
- Proven track record in technical leadership and financial control
- Hands on group consolidation experience
- Ability to engage with executives and shareholders, working autonomously
- Experience in financial reporting and taxation
- Strong capability in creating and implementing new processes
- Ability to adapt to business changes in a growing company
- Maintain and enhance control environment across finance processes and procedures
Conditions:
The ideal candidate will get:
- $220,000 to $250,000 plus super and bonus
