Description:
Private Equity backed SaaS organisation in the health sector are looking for a mid-career CEO to take this business through a period of high growth.
The ideal candidate could be moving into their first CEO role of have some years under their belt in the top role, but they MUST have been a true P&L holder for a minimum of 7 years. As the CEO this role is ultimately responsible for driving the valuation creation, growth in revenue (EDBITDA) and enterprise value.
Responsibilities:
Create, communicate and executive a compelling vision for the growth of the business
Be involved in hiring a new high performing executive team to assist you
Build a strategic plan to maximise opportunity whilst also working with the board
Drive revenue growth and net ARR
Make data driven decisions whilst also understanding the customer pain points
Be financially disciplined and "know your numbers"
Ensure that engineering and product teams perform to a high standard whilst ensuring company objectives are met
Candidates MUST have:
MBA qualification
Direct experience running a company or division within a mid-market technology business
Proven ability to manage a P&L that exceeds the revenue and EBITDA targets set
Has the ability to speak strategically whilst also ensuing execution is carried out
Have highly developed EQ and natural tendency to take ownership
Have a strong sales focus and experience in professionalising a business
Have experience in building a strong digital marketing strategy
Expereince in working with a baord
Ideally have experience working for a Private Equity owned business
Ideally have expereince in health or healthcare although this is not essential.
The role location is flexible although extensive time in Adelaide will be required for the initial 12 months
