About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our growing team based in our West Perth office on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in for document control functions and administration support across Warrikal’s Major Projects Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate all document control activities in accordance with project specific procedures
- Quality checking of documents prior to submission (revision, formatting etc.)
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders using appropriate matrices and tracking procedures
- Maintain updated records of all approved project documents and their distribution
- Issuing of transmittals
- Assist with preparation and formatting of project reports, meeting minutes and deliverables as require.
You are a driven and dedicated collaborator with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Document Controller or a compliance or training-related role in a similar capacity within the mining industry.
- You will be a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with SharePoint and Aconex
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with different levels of management.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, and Visio.
