Key Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate and individualised nursing care
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing tailored care plans

- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
