Main Tasks:

• Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing food preparation, service, and cleanliness to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Italian Cuisine Expertise: Possess a strong base knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques to maintain the authenticity of our dishes.
• Wine Knowledge: Familiarity with Italian wines and wine pairings to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
• Menu Planning: Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop innovative menu offerings that align with our brand and customer preferences. Monitor menu performance and gather feedback to make adjustments as needed.
• Functions Planning: Coordinate and oversee events and functions hosted at the restaurant, including private parties, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. Ensure seamless execution and exceed guests' expectations with exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff, to maintain a high level of professionalism and service.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote the restaurant, engage with customers, and drive foot traffic.
• Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and cost control measures to maximise profitability while maintaining quality. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of fresh ingredients while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or complaints and consistently delivering exceptional service.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
• Familiarity with Italian wines and wine pairings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Food hygiene and health and safety compliance.
