Work closely with the Senior Manager on a unique industrial portfolio in Northern Gold Coast
About the role:Support the PM and FM on this unique and exciting portfolio of assets, based in the Northern Gold Coast. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the properties and be supported and mentored by a highly experienced Manager.
Duties:
- Conduct property inspections
- Assist the property manager with annual budgets and forecasting
- Lease administration - drafting OTL's, Leases etc
- Assist in the preparation financial reports
- Maintain a high level of administrative accuracy and record keeping
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Industrial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and desire to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
- Work directly for the Landlord
- Unique, niche industrial portfolio
- Small, close, harmonious team
