This is a really exciting, hands on role where you’ll be able to make a real impact to Sony’s digital environment. You’ll be working alongside our Home Entertainment team (TV & Soundbars), to execute digital marketing plans & drive customer acquisition and conversion across ANZ.
Along with two other Digital Marketing Specialists and with the support of a Digital Marketing Manager who truly invests in the development and engagement of his team, your day to day will see you managing search & display advertising, customer acquisition and post-purchase campaigns, and ongoing collaboration & innovation across the business.
About the role:
- Generating demand through search, social and display. Aligning content to deliver the right message, to the right consumer at the right time
- Optimising programmatic advertising for pre/post purchase campaigns based on performance metrics
- Managing and optimising key performance indicators including tracking and reporting metrics for pre/post-campaign analysis and attribution modelling
- Working with eCommerce/CRM and Product Marketing teams for planning campaigns
- Utilising 1st party data and developing campaigns based on CRM data for retention and data augmentation
- Leveraging a broad range of digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and email marketing to achieve marketing objectives.
- Maintaining key customer research initiatives, path to purchase and competitor research
- Building and maintaining relationships with digital channel partners eg: Google, programmatic advertising agencies and other MarTech partners
- Own and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and activities while maximizing ROI and achieving marketing objectives.
About you:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns across a number of channels and platforms
- Experience planning, creating, and implementing digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition and conversion, with specific expertise in programmatic media buying and optimization
- Familiarity with retail media platforms and strategies for maximizing brand visibility and sales growth
- Experience in creating dashboards, KPI tracking/monitoring, and reporting, with a results-oriented approach to campaign optimization
- Excellent organisation skills and a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of key Marketing Technology and digital trends, including emerging opportunities in programmatic and retail media
- Ability to leverage owned first-party data for targeted digital campaigns and activities
- A keen interest in consumer electronics would be a bonus
