The role:
You will be an experienced, passionate hands-on Manager, overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations. Hatted/Michelin-star experience will be preferred. Focused supervision, ensuring exceptional service will be key, as will be maintaining high quality standards. Strong leadership and in depth knowledge of food and wine is a must.

Great Salary & Conditions, up to $90,000 + Super. An amazing work-life balance; two days off in a row and only work two nights during the week.
