This is an excellent opportunity for a Leasing Consultant/Business Development Manager to align themselves with this well-known real estate brand in the Newcastle region.If you are a hardworking, highly organized individual who has your sights firmly set on nothing but success, then this could be your chance! You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Conducting Open Homes
- Work closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Arranging and conducting market appraisals
- Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and a valid driver’s license. Previous industry experience is highly regarded however, not essential. We are seeking an individual with:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High communication both written & verbal
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
