The Opportunity
CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking experienced HD Fitters to join our HME team on a permanent 2 / 1 continuous shift roster (days & nights), FIFO ex Perth.
Perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of mobile fleet, conducting inspections and adjustments utilising advanced skills and testing equipment.
Complete a range of maintenance tasks associated within the normal trade role as well as in the areas of low voltage electrical, hydraulic diagnostics and repairs to mobile equipment.
Liaise with equipment operators, contractors and staff on minor problems of a technical nature. Provide practical problem solving in trade related areas including diagnostic skills required to troubleshoot equipment defects.
To be successful in the role, you will have :
Mandatory :
- Certified Heavy duty trade Certificate
- Extensive Mining experience
- Class HR’ motor vehicle licence or equivalent
- Computing Skills (Technical and diagnostic software)
- Communication skills
Desirable :
Work Safe License EWP, LF, CN and safe working at heightsARTIC accredited for air conditioningElevated work platform certificateFirst aid certificate
