Exciting new opportunity for an Application Support OfficerYour new role
In this role, you will be tasked with providing support for business applications, analysing performance data, and engaging with various teams to understand application usage and requirements. The role also involves participating in upgrade projects, developing user manuals, and working with the Enterprise Resources Planning Team to monitor system modules. You will drive the integration of the TechnologyOne Suite with other IT systems and monitor application security. Staying updated with industry trends and proposing innovative solutions are also part of the responsibilities. Alongside this, you will work with the IT Managers to shape IT strategic planning and set the direction for future projects in the application space. This will involve evaluating and implementing new technologies and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role supporting applications. Specifically, familiarity with TechnologyOne would be a significant advantage. You will also have demonstrated experience in integrating solutions with Microsoft Office 365, with Power Platform experience being particularly beneficial. Additionally, experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) would be advantageous, and you will possess strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are all essential to success in this role.What you need to do now
