Onsite property management for one of the Noosa's newest communities. Seeking a customer service superstar with property management background.
The Company:Join a leading and well known resort in the local region of Noosa! Our client has an incredible reputation, and provides 5 star service to it's owners, it's tenants and guests.
They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to join their innovative and dynamic residential property management team.
Work within a luxury apartment complex in Noosa. This building is positioned along the most well known street in Noosa, close to a plethora of shops and cafes.
The Role:
- Managing a property portfolio of less than 40 properties - yes you read that right, less than 40 properties!
- Work onsite in one of the Noosa's most luxurious resorts
- This role requires an experienced, dedicated Property Manager to commit to managing the full portfolio of permanent rentals within the community as well as general upkeep for 50 properties in total.
- This role is perfect for someone looking for something different away from the traditional property management field. With a mix of apartments & freehold homes.
- Exciting, varied role - no two days will be the same!
- Luxurious development with full facilities onsite; gym, pool, cafe, boardroom etc
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Onsite Property Manager
- MUST have your Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Experience using Property Me & Building Link software systems ideal, but not essential
- Immaculate presentation and a vibrant, friendly personality
- Someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and assist with general caretaker and hotel duties - no handyman work.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work without supervision, taking initiative with a positive "can-do" attitude
