Are you ready to make a difference? We're currently hiring for our next Multi-Site Manager in Western Australia.
The WHAT?
This opportunity is for 38 Hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday
As the Multi-Site Manager, you will
- Have responsibility over 4 Myer x Bendon Concessions and one outlet store
- Manage, develop and lead a team of people, ensuring constantly improved team performance
- Drive the achievement of sales through setting a clear vision, goals and KPI's.
- Promote and adhere to Bendon's vision, purpose, values, guiding principles and Team Model, which are all part of Bendon's Way of Working
- Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as visual merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and OH&S Management
