Join us for an exhilarating journey where you can showcase your talents and capabilities, experience and personal qualities to role of Executive Assistant and a great opportunity to extend your skills and experience in professional, efficient and confidential executive and project support.The Office of the Executive Director, External Relations and Research is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team to provide confidential executive support, manage day-to-day operations, administer the flow of internal and outgoing correspondence for the business unit, and provide confidential project support including research and coordinating briefing papers, preparing presentations and creating professional templates.
This role is offered on a full-time temporary basis, for a period of 9 months, unless otherwise determined.

About The Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- As you will often be the first point of contact for the team, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise with officers and individuals at all levels of the division and the department.
- You will have the experience to provide confidential executive and project support to the Executive Director and the External Relations and Research team.
- You will be highly organised and able to work under pressure of time as you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team, administering the flow of internal and outgoing correspondence for the business unit via the generic email box.
