Duties in this role will include:

• End to end claims management from lodgement to settlement
  
• Contribute to innovative claims cost and service processes
  
• Ongoing maintenance and development of client and intermediary relationships on a national basis
  
• Manage compliance and administration tasks
  

• Proven track record of property claims management; liability will also be considered
  
• End to end claims management experience
  
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  
• Sound communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work to timelines in a prompt manner
  
• Competent in IT and office procedures
