Job Description : Origin Energy is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Secretary to work from home in Perth, Western Australia.
This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities : 1.
Providing administrative support to senior management and team members.2. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
3. Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls.4. Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.5. Drafting and proofreading documents, including reports and presentations.
6. Coordinating travel arrangements.7. Assisting with special projects and events as needed.8. Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
Requirements : 1. Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
