Role : A05 Property Maintenance Officer
Salary : $69,203 to $73,379 dependent on experience
Permanent Role
Full time office hours Monday to Friday
Darwin based role
As the AO5 Property Maintenance Officer you will be working on :
- A wide range of property facility and management related functions
- Small and large projects
- Ensure that all property and facility management issues are resolved
- Assist with the preparation of procurement of assets (property / infrastructure), as well risk management and insurance benchmarking activities.
- Assist with lodging of insurance claims, Investigations and reporting
- Escalate any issues of major concern to the property management team
The AO5 Property maintenance Officer is an integral role reporting to the property manager and supporting the organisations strategic objectives and continuity of business operations through the provision of property and facility management services, systems and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess :
- Previous experience in trades or building maintenance within residential / commercial environments.
- 3+ years experience in residential / commercial property maintenance
- Previous experience in assisting with the preparation and execution of Residential leases
- Previous experience assisting in managing property / facility contracts
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft office software applications
- Working knowledge of computerised asset management systems / databases and iAuditor.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be flexible and adapt in order to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement legislation, regulations and standards.
