About the Role
Yooralla’s Community Services is seeking a passionate, experienced and dedicated individual to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager with all day to day operations of the Benalla Community Hub , ensuring quality outcomes.
This role is Part-time across 5 days, which includes administration and involves leading a staff team, facilitating programs and providing direct care. You will be required to be involved in developing Customer Support Plans, Program Goal recording, and audits of customer files. You will also be responsible for completing OH&S checks and other general administrative tasks as directed by your line manager.

- Clear and effective communications skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Initiative and self-motivation
- A positive and professional approach
- Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work additional hours where needed
- Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
- Experience in leading a team, employee supervision and support
- Demonstrated experience in working with complex clients and complex family structures

Requirements
- Cover Letter & Resume
- Current Certificate for First Aid (HLTAID003) & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID001) or ability to obtain one
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Australian Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
- A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer)
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance prior to your commencement.
