ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a newly created role that offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as a CRM/Clientelling Executive. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer engagement strategies and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

As the CRM Executive, you will support the CRM Manager in evaluation and implementation of the Clienteling strategy, in line with Boutique capabilities, customer journey specificities and overarching business objectives.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Clienteling campaign communication plan (by customer segment, boutique capabilities)
  • Analysis of customer profiles to determine clienteling approach.
  • Script & communication evaluation and review
  • Develop an understanding of the overarching email and SMS strategy to compliment with clienteling
  • Data analysis (engagement, conversion, repeat purchase & frequency)
  • Become a clienteling tool Subject Matter Expert, in order to enhance performance, and be a local owner for application development.
  • Contributing to the global clienteling community, sharing local market best practice, and taking on board best in class learnings from other markets
  • Working with the CRM Manager and by interacting with customers, add distinction and clarification of clienteling vs SMS strategy.
  • Support the CRM Manager in developing and implementing workflows, targeting and communications plan for both channels
  • Internal stakeholder management including customer service, ecom, all retail departments & stores, and cross-departmental collaboration

ABOUT YOU

  • Understand and be passionate about the customer journey and where the clienteling function will sit within the overarching CRM strategy.
  • Proven experience in clienteling, CRM, or a similar customer-focused role within the beauty industry (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of beauty products, skincare, and cosmetic trends (desirable)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to multi-task whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
