People, Learning & Culture Manager
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
- Location: Based in either Wangaratta, Wodonga, Shepparton, or Thomastown – some travel involved
- Work type: Full Time - Permanent Ongoing

We are looking for an enthusiastic People, Learning & Culture executive who will:
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership in design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of human resource frameworks, systems, practices, policies, and activities
- Partner with the Service Delivery and Executive teams to deliver on workforce planning, change management, and employee case management
- Contribute to a safety-first, high-performance culture that aides our expanding portfolio of capabilities and services footprint
- Coach and support people leaders and employees in developing their leadership and management capabilities
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or other relevant disciplines; or equivalent skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience working as a senior business partner or HR executive
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation, and experience in interpreting and applying awards, agreements, policies, procedures, and other industrial instruments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and capacity for skilled use of data to inform decisions and depict results
