The Role:
Join our Gladstone office and play a crucial part of our Managed IT and Print solutions team as a skilled and dedicated Print Technician. In this full-time role, you will take responsibility for providing excellent customer service by delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and general print & software-related support. The key areas of focus are:
- Customer Support – you will build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality outcomes within SLA
- Adherence to service delivery processes & stock management - you will utilise systems for effective outcomes on all jobs and whilst maintaining desired productivity and stock management
About You:
- Previous experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing printing equipment, including various printer models and accessories.
- Sound knowledge of print software and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to maintain professionalism even in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality print solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient support delivery.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.
- Possession of a current and valid driver's license.
- Possession of a Blue Card or the ability to obtain one for working with children.
