Responsible for inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings in a major automotive company.
The CompanyOur client is a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets within excess of 1,500 employees across Australia. They are looking for a customer service representative to join their team.
The Role
You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams, providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives. As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Ringing customers to remind them they have a service booked in
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service to all customers (internal and external)
- Full time permanent role
- Hours : Monday to Friday rotating roster 7:30am – 6:30pm
- Location : Rydalmere 2116
- Salary: $60,420 + Superannuation
You
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer:
- 2 + years experience within a call center/contact center is preferred
- Reliable & strong work ethic - someone who is excited to work!
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a repetitive environment
