The Company
A well-known firm in the financial markets sector, this business has had exceptional growth across the organisation in recent years, as they expand their international presence. As the business expands, there is a need for experienced compliance officers to join the team.
The Role
As the Senior Complaints & Compliance Officer, reporting into the Head of Compliance, this role will be the primary party responsible for managing the Internal & External Dispute Resolution process, whilst also supporting the broader compliance function.
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Investigating customer complaints and managing the end-to-end IDR and EDR process.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies such as ASIC and AFCA, to manage timely submissions.
- Supporting compliance project and improvements to the framework
- Supporting on systems and controls development to support compliance.
- Ongoing compliance monitoring and reviews.
- Ad - hoc duties as required.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Regulatory compliance experience in the Australian Financial Services sector.
- Prior experience working on IDR/EDR processes and/or AFCA is essential.
- Experience or interest in the trading markets sector (CFD's, Forex, Stockbroking etc) would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
