About the Company
Our client offers healthcare services across a variety of domains, including hospital, aged care and mental health programs. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support 2 of the Directors, starting ASAP.
About the Role
Assisting 2 Division Directors in the Perioperative Services and Community + Hospital Care at Home, the crucial aspect of this role with daily diary and email management . Starting ASAP for a approximately 2 months , this role is working part time ; 25 hours per week (spread over 5 days or 3 full days per week), all working from home!
Duties
Some of your duties will include:
- Diary and email management for both Directors
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Preparing briefings, agendas and editing documents for meetings
- General administrative support wherever needed
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (assisting senior level)
- Strong diary management expertise
- Be able to multi-task and enjoy a fast paced environment
- Be immediately available to start work!
