The Counter-Terrorism Coordination Centre (CTCC) has four branches structured around the functions of the Centre, comprising counter-terrorism (CT) strategy and policy, countering violent extremism (CVE) policy and programs, online CT and CVE policy, operations and working with states and territories to develop capability.

- Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively

The key duties of the position include
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead a high performing team to coordinate and deliver national counter terrorism priorities
- Lead the provision of expert advice on key policy activities that strengthen Australia's counter terrorism framework and initiatives
- Engage and negotiate with Commonwealth, State and Territory stakeholders to further the Australian Government's counter terrorism objectives
- Manage the delivery of high quality and timely briefing material
- Lead, and be accountable for, effective administration and resource management, and risk management.
