Hours: 38 hours/week, Flexible to full time or part time

Salary: Excellent pay (Upto $110K) + Travel Allowances + CPD + Benefits

Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals across a variety of settings, including clinics and community-based programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
  • Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that promote independence and improve daily functioning.
  • Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and community members on strategies for enhancing participation and engagement in daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
