The Opportunities

Ramsay Australia has multiple opportunities available for Process Analysts to join our team. We are at the beginning stages of a new project, and we need your skills and expertise!

  • 3 x Process Analyst roles
  • 1 x Senior Process Analyst role

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Process Optimisation, as a Process Analyst you will work with diverse teams across Ramsay to analyse and document processes in the organisation that deliver exceptional patient, clinician, customer, and staff experiences.

As a key member of a range of transformational projects in the business, you will lead the analysis and documentation of key business processes, develop and design process models and requirements, and work with the broader project teams in areas such as service selection, build and implementation.

In addition to the above accountabilities, the Senior Process Analyst may potentially manage a small diverse team. You will work closely with our Hospital and Corporate stakeholders and maintain intimate knowledge of hospital and out of hospital processes to identify key opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Process Analysis, Process Design and Process Management
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • An understanding of UML, BPMN- & other related methodologies is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Demonstrated advanced problem solving and analytical skill
  • Experience in agile ways of working and agile product delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative and respectful approach to cross-functional interactions
  • Experience/exposure in a health care environment highly desirable
