Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
- Reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and open-minded
- Soft, caring, and nurturing yet confident nature
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to implement innovative and unique programming and practice for the team
- Experience in Early Childhood (desirable) paired with a passion for working with children (essential)
- Committed to building positive relationships and meaningful connections with Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
- An ACECQA nationally approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain/ refresh as required)
- Available for full-time work, 5 days per week, between 7am and 6pm when the service is open
- Child Protection trained (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- Valid Blue Card.
