Job DescriptionThe role:
- Provide exceptional customer service from the heart by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
- Process and input group and corporate reservations following policies.
- Ensure reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
- Maintain a positive approach to maximise yield in occupancy and rates.
- Assist in Front Office as required during peak check in / check out times.
- Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.
- Assist the Reservations Team by also working as a Switchboard Operator when required, this is rotated between the team.
