Reservations Agent

Description:

The role:

• Provide exceptional customer service from the heart by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Process and input group and corporate reservations following policies.
• Ensure reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
• Maintain a positive approach to maximise yield in occupancy and rates.
• Assist in Front Office as required during peak check in / check out times.
• Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.
• Assist the Reservations Team by also working as a Switchboard Operator when required, this is rotated between the team.
