Eremea has provided in-home care since 2002. They support clients from a diverse background to live well in their homes and communities. This is made possible through various funded and self-funded delivering a range of services and supports to a predominantly ageing client base.

Impact you will have in this role

Leading with an excellence mindset, the Quality Lead with drive process improvement activities, and will design the education of best practice procedures across the business to support all programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously evaluate and update quality improvement plans and associated actions
  • Project management, implementation and communication of updated policies and procedures that drive improvement activities across the business and all services
  • Highly detailed incident and risk management reporting, analysing and communicating risks and feedback
  • Work in close collaboration with the capability team to design training procedures and the roll-out of training initiatives
  • Update the audit schedule and roadmap as continuous change arises
  • Research and recommend CRM efficiencies across all applications to support quality initiatives
  • Work in collaboration with all internal stakeholders to consistently drive improvement activity and to promote quality excellence in the business across all processes.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven success in a similar position, or in an operational service delivery position, with experience leading key quality assurance projects
  • Success creating and promoting improvement activity through the implementation of processes and policies, while mapping standards to build an excellence framework
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm to recommend CRM efficiencies across applications to support quality processes and procedures
  • Ability to imbed processes and best practices across an organisation by creating learning experiences across teams that promote improvement across all client activities
  • High levels of attention to detail, with the ability to make an impact through a balanced focus on small details and the bigger picture across organisational layers
  • Excellent project management and reporting skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
  • Flexibility to work in an evolving environment, with the ability to effortlessly pivot and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
