Description:
As a Policy Officer, You Will- research and present advice to contribute to policy and legislative processes across the department
- coordinate and prepare comprehensive, accurate and timely briefings and documentation to support policy and legislative reforms to achieve the department’s strategic objectives.
- Support the department's consultative processes and attendance at inter-agency meetings.
- Analyse and prepare reports, general correspondence, briefing notes, memoranda for approval to departmental standards on diverse issues.
- Provide high quality process support to departmental policy and research functions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
