Managing the ICT services for both local and regional schools, Catholic Education South Australia have a large internal ICT infrastructure team with an amazing internal culture and development pathways.
Your new role
As the ICT Technical Services Delivery Lead, you’ll be at the helm of an exciting opportunity based in Port Pirie. Your mission: to manage a team of 6 brilliant technical experts across 10 regional school locations. Through your leadership, our schools will be able to deliver excellent educational outcomes, both through the day-to-day support, and the strategic project implementations that your team will provide. Your focus will be on ensuring that there is top-quality ICT support and infrastructure management throughout the team. While this role is management and client-focused, you’ll also bring your technical expertise to the table, supporting the team in both business-as-usual(BAU) operations and project activities.
What you'll need to succeed

Significant experience in ICT service delivery within a medium to large organisation

Proven achievement in project delivery, particularly related to infrastructure design and deployment

High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work proactively with key stakeholders at all levels

Significant demonstrated ICT experience involving complete and disparate technology environments, including specialist expertise in one or more of the following: United Communications, Microsoft products (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure), Apple products

Tertiary qualifications in ICT or related discipline highly desirable
