Your new role

This role requires a candidate to oversee and coordinate various aspects of the precinct operations, including emergency response coordination, security oversight, maintenance resolution and communication with wider business divisions. The precinct is currently operational from 5am to 12am, thus the role includes a 7-day rotating roster with each shift being 8 hours. Due to the nature of this position, applicants must be flexible in working various shifts and being available 24/7. Other inherent duties will include;
  • Be the company representative for incidents on occurrence and be exposed to CCTV footage and reporting
  • Hold strong relationships with tenants, security personnel and other stakeholders for presentation purposes
  • WHS and hazard reporting
  • Daily property inspections
  • Investigate maintenance issues at the precinct
  • Provide timely and friendly response to all customer and internal enquiries
  • Monitor ground transportation

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful applicant, you will hold prior exposure within a facilities' management setting, with an understanding of maintenance and operation of a precinct being desirable. Other qualities will include;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong report writing skill set & computer literacy
  • Ability to coordinate multiple situations at once
  • High level of service to internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of personal presentation and image
  • Risk management exposure
