Executive Assistant, Western SydneyYour new company
The primary purpose of this role will be to support the CEO as Executive Assistant and to effectively and efficiently manage all administrative operations for the NSW office, based in Western Sydney. This is a fixed ferm contract to cover maternity leave, working 4 days a week.
Your new role
You will be required to undertake the following duties:
• Booking of transport and accommodation• Management of diary and scheduling of appointments
• Coordination of Board, Executive and Sub-Committee Meetings, taking minutes & providing support
• Handling of business-sensitive and confidential information
• Ordering stationery and furniture
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Manage and maintain CRM and tracking spreadsheets
• Liaising with staff, Members; Contractors & Associates
• Processing of Membership applications and preparing Membership reports to Board at State and National level
What you'll need to succeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and build long-term relationships• Excellent presentation skills• Demonstrated experience in effective time management skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Database management• Self-motivated and highly efficient• Energetic, enthusiastic, goal and sales orientedWhat you'll get in return
