Description:
Full time permanent role with the largest automotive dealership in the Northern Territory. For a Warranty Clerk or Administrator interested in maintaining, preparing, and processing documentation relating to the warranty of vehicles.
- Requires warranty experience and general automotive industry knowledge and administration skills.

- Darwin, Northern Territory region.
A normal day will see you maintaining, preparing, and processing documentation relating to the warranty of vehicles. This includes :
- Prepare all warranty claims.
- Submit warranty claims and all supporting documentation required
- Approval Requests.
- Reconciliation of Warranty Accounts.
- Prepare and process the appeal of denied and rejected claims as directed by the Service Manager.
- Ensure that warranty parts are correctly identified and tagged accordingly.
- Ensure that warranty parts are stored and archived in the designated warranty room.
