The Role

You are an experienced Supervisor offering a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry and motivated for a long-term career, with opportunities to develop within the business. You are eager to share your experience and knowledge within the team, whilst demonstrating a high respect for safety and quality work.

Throughout your experience, you demonstrate effective communication and time management skills, whilst being comfortable collaboratively leading teams to achieve positive outcomes. You are passionate about your work and are fully accountable for the results achieved, being excited by the prospect of adding value to our diverse business and being a key contributor to the achievement of our growth objectives.

What you Need

  • Certificate IV in relevant construction qualification or trade certificate
  • Experience in Utilities, Structures and Water projects advantageous
  • A willingness to travel or work away from home, when required
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong attention to planning and programming the works
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Commitment, energy, drive
  • Current Driver's License
  • Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
