Key Responsibilities:- Provide best practice nursing care, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
- Support the delivery of safe, person/family-centred patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment and care provision.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in clinical supervision for Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and students.
- Complete mandatory training and performance reviews.
- Undertake clinical shifts, including participation in the on-call/after-hours/weekend roster.
- Competent professional nursing practice in a clinical setting.
- Strong planning, coordination, and decision-making skills in patient management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and database entry.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Qualifications/Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualifications and AHPRA registration
- NDIS Workers Clearance
- Police Check with no notable offences
- Australian Workers Rights
- Compliant with Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Certification
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 & Influenza
- Minimum of 12-months Hospital work experience
- Reliable Transportation
