Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented Practice Lead to spearhead their Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics BC implementation, customization, and consulting, coupled with excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Microsoft Dynamics BC practice, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Define and execute the practice strategy, including service offerings, solution development, and market positioning.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise in Dynamics BC to clients, guiding them through implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Manage a team of Dynamics BC consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive business development initiatives and enhance the practice's market presence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics BC and Microsoft technologies to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC, including implementation, customization, and consulting.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and the broader ERP ecosystem.
