Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's technology roadmap and IT strategy
- Ensure the effective and secure use of information technology resources
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new systems, software, and infrastructure
- Manage and mentor the technology team to align IT initiatives with business goals
- Identify and address technology-related risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and deliver technology solutions that meet their needs
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role
- Expertise in developing and executing technology strategies to drive organizational growth
- Strong knowledge of current technology trends and their relevance to business objectives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience managing and mentoring technology teams
- Track record of successful implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy best practices
