Description:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will take charge of managing HR queries and providing strategic guidance to around 25 stakeholders across the country. This role demands a strong grasp of employee relations and industrial processes, as well as exemplary advisory skills to drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operations leaders, offering guidance on HR matters and driving impactful initiatives.
- Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to devise and execute effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee performance management processes, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Enhance HR processes and practices to optimise employee experience and operational efficiency etc HRIS implementation and managing change and effectiveness of the workforce
- While experience in negotiating EBA is not essential, a deep understanding of industrial relations is essential.

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a large-scale or national organisation.
- Robust knowledge of employee relations and industrial relations processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Capability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines are advantageous.

The role is initially a contract to support a secondment within the team, however there could be an opportunity for this to extend beyond the 6 month point, for the right candidate.
