Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Front Counter Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in product selection, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice.
- Process quotes and handle sales transactions.
- Offer administrative support across various departments.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting sales environment.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
