The role:

Our innovative, award-winning Primary Psychological Recovery Program takes a unique, interdisciplinary approach to supporting our patients with their recovery. Due to recent expansion, we are seeking a registered Psychologist to provide psychological assessment and intervention services to support the delivery of our Primary Psychological Recovery Program. This role involves working collaboratively with our Navigator clinicians as you conduct clinical assessments and provide targeted psychological intervention to our patients.

You will be offered hybrid work arrangements with opportunities to work from our head office in Perth CBD, as well as work from home as you provide assessments via telehealth and videoconferencing.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

• SIRA registered or eligible for registration

• Advanced skills in delivery of evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions with a CBT or EMDR focus.

• Experienced in delivering psychological functional assessment reports

• Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed negotiation skills.

• Team player with experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.

• Knowledge and experience of the compensable injury sector (Desirable)
