The City of Sydney's Education and Care Services team seeks a highly skilled and motivated Child Care Worker to join our team of educators.

You will have demonstrated experience and skills in caring for and educating children aged 0 to 6 years old in an early learning environment.

Other selection criteria include:

  • Certificate III in Children’s Services or approved equivalent as recognised by ACECQA
  • Working with Children Check Certification
  • current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (as approved by ACECQA)
  • proven ability to adequately care for and supervise children
  • experience working in an early childhood service for 0-5-year olds
  • ability to work in and contribute to a supportive and co-operative team environment
  • experience of basic early childhood programming and record keeping.
