Your Role : As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and voice of the company, providing exceptional support to their valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information with professionalism and efficiency.
- Building strong relationships with customers through clear communication and personalised assistance.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Managing a busy inbox, processing sales orders, processing warranty claims and processing invoices
- Liaising with cross functional teams across sales, finance, logistics and warehousing
Requirements :
- Must have full working rights in Australia either permanet residency or citizenship
- Previous experience in customer service or customer care role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
- Experience processing sales orders, invoices or warranty claims
- Attention to detail, this is a heavy data entry role so requires meticulous attention to detail
