u&u is proud to be partnering with one of Australia's largest manufacturing specialists. An initial 6-month contract has become available for a dynamic and agile Credit Officer to join this high-performing Finance team.. With a passion for continuous improvement and high-quality customer service, they have built an organisational culture that promotes development, respect, and industry best practice.
The Role
This opportunity will report into the Credit Manager, working alongside a team of 5 credit officers.
- Managing a Ledger of accounts;
- Reconciliation of debtor balances;
- Maintenance of files for legal and insurance purposes;
- Complete receipting requirements as necessary;
- Processing customer reviews for risk assessment and assisting with new accounts; and
- Entering Credit claims.
About You
- Three years demonstrated experience in Credit or Accounts Receivable;
- Knowledge of credit reporting;
- Task oriented and able to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Analytical skills, being able to identify solutions and think outside the box;
- A passionate communicator and ability to go above and beyond; and
- Strong MS Office Suite experience, Excel included.
